How big is your 7 weeks baby?

In the 7th week, your tiny fetus has developed to be 1cm long and weighs lesser than an aspirin. It is called crown rump by doctors. Your baby is the size of a blueberry with a small tail which will soon disappear. The cartilage tissues have started forming. the arms, shoulders and legs and feet are developing. Acne: Because of hormonal changes, you may experience acne. Check with your doctor to find out how to deal with them

Extra Saliva: Surely, this is also hormonally triggered and may be linked to nausea.

Mood swings: A pregnant lady in the 7th week experiences a lot of mood swings. It may make you extra emotional, anxious or depressed sometimes.

Cramping: Cramping is common in the initial weeks. You may feel a lot of pain and pulling at this point.

Food cravings: You may feel the urge to eat weird things or wanting to go somewhere. You may also discover hatred for some specific food items.

Try not to consume more than 300 calories per day as it is sufficient for your baby. Do not give up anything because of nausea. It is common in the starting days of your pregnancy.
